All of those words have been used to describe DR. JAMIE MITCHELL, Founder and Executive Director of E:18 Solutions. Jamie served as a pastor for 32 years in the roles of youth, associate, senior pastor, church planter and coach of pastors. He has taught pastoral ministries in a Bible College and was a faculty member with Walk thru the Bible Ministries. He has a unique understanding of what makes churches work and has experience in various church cultures, geographical locations, philosophical flavors and denominational structures. He can quickly assess organizational situations and develop a practical plan to resolve hindrances and jump start for immediate fruitfulness. And when personally lacking solutions, he has a developed network of ministry experts along with a keen understanding of others' expertise, to find a timely answer for every unique circumstance. Jamie has been a “Jethro” in many pastors’ and churches’ lives and is ready to do the same for your ministry.
